Helping shelter dogs is most rewarding! They were all puppies that, for one reason or another, hadn’t made it to the right house or had lost their parent. Saving and saving a life is fantastic for you and for the animal. I have 3 rescue dogs at home and am amazed at the different personality they have. As each of them is different in appearance, but how affectionate, funny, silly they can be. Do they sometimes drive me crazy? Of course, especially the tall Sunny who can’t wait to go to the dog park and run the fence with his friends. It’s so easy for them. Food, love and play are the most important. Like 2 years who will never grow up. They keep you young and active.

we still have masks

If you’re looking to go out in style, consider helping the rescue and pick up some masks. They are all handmade and have great designs. We can send pictures to you if you are interested. We have paw prints, dogs and many more designs.

Suggested donation is $ 10

The cat’s corner

Over the years we have had a lot of cats and I couldn’t have a home without at least one. They are so independent, they have their own mind and will come to see you or not when they want to. We have cuties. Remember when adopting a cat age is very important. Adopt a middle-aged cat when you are over 60 years old. Cats live an average of 14 years. Maybe more. Have a back-up plan. If something happens to you, make sure you know who will take care of your friend. Set aside money for this care in your will. It is very important. We have seen many cats go to shelters after the death of their parents or to a retirement home. It’s not fair to your friend. Of course, they are the same dogs. Having a kitten is difficult when there is no one to play with. We ask our kitten to go to a house with other pets or as a couple. Adding a cat to your house later is very difficult and sometimes does not work.

The best time of day is when toddlers move around a bowl of cat food and devour it. It’s so cute to see them swallow every little bit of it. Then comes the self-cleaning and of course a good nap. They are in a cat room with a lot of toys and a few cat trees. Come visit them and adopt a beach cat. Call Joann 239-851-3485.
